How to get free pick-up service?
We need pick up many tourist from many different hotels starting from south of the city to the north, hence it very hard to give you an exact time of arrival of your hotel. For faster and efficient service, we prefer you to wait in your hotel lobby on time. Please call us and we will tell you what time our bus can arrive at your hotel according to the day’s different pick-up locations.
After you check in your Guilin hotel please use your room phone or China cellphone(if you have one) to call (+86) 151 773 084 88. Tell us your name, type of cruise, hotel name and your room number. If you have a Chinese cellphone number you may not need to tell us your room number and you can call us before your check-in.
 
If you arrive by flight or train on your cruise day please call us one day earlier to confirm your arrival time and we can pick you up at only Guilin (South) Train Station(NOT Guilin North or West  train station).
* Guilin North/West Train Station and Four Points by Sheraton Lingui are beyond our free pick-up area. If you arrive there in the morning you need to catch a taxi to Guilin Sheraton Hotel(about 30mins) where we can pick you up for free.
 
The calling time is from 8PM to 11PM one day earlier of your cruise day(we won’t print out the passenger list until one day earlier thus there is no need to call us too early). If you check in late or can’t call us during the time you can also call us a few hours earlier.
* If you don’t how to make a local call via your room phone please ask your hotel staff to teach you NOT let them do it on your behalf.

The number is also a Whatsapp number. You may contact us by Whatsapp message/call but if you don’t get a reply please call us with regular phone. We suggest you to give us your hotel information by taking a picture of their business card or website and sending us via Whatsapp so that we can have its name and address in Chinese.

* If you fail to call us on time we reserve the right to cancel your booking. Payment is non-refundable.
